1. 1Open the app and browse the home screen: suggested stylists, service categories, and featured offers.
2. 2Tap the Search tab to filter by service, category, or keyword.
3. 3Open a stylist's profile to see services, prices, real photos, and reviews.
4. 4Tap the heart icon to save a stylist to your favorites.

💡You can browse freely as a guest — no sign-in required yet.

1. 1Tap Sign up and enter your email and basic details.
2. 2Enter the OTP code sent to your email to verify your account.
3. 3Already have an account? Choose Sign in; forgot your password? Reset it via OTP.

💡Browsing needs no sign-in, but booking and paying will ask you to sign in.

1. 1On a stylist's profile, tap Book.
2. 2Step 1 — Choose the service you want (add add-ons if available).
3. 3Step 2 — Pick a date and an open time slot.
4. 4Step 3 — Review, enter a discount code if you have one, then pay securely via Stripe.
5. 5Get the Booking Success screen; if asked, fill in the intake form before your visit.

💡Your card is authorized at booking and only charged when the service is completed.

2. 2Tap an appointment to view its details.
3. 3Need a change? Reschedule or cancel right from the details.
4. 4Message your stylist about the visit from within the booking screen.

1. 1Open the Messages tab to chat directly with your stylist — share reference photos and ask questions.
2. 2When your stylist starts a consult, join the 1:1 video call before your visit.
3. 3When a call comes in, tap to answer it on the call screen.

1. 1From the home screen, open AR Try-On to use your live camera and preview hair styles/colors.
2. 2Or open AI Try-On: choose a selfie to preview your new look.
3. 3AI Try-On uses credits — top up in-app when you run out.
4. 4Revisit your generated looks in Try-On history.

1. 1Open the Rewards screen to see your points and redeem perks.
2. 2Share your referral link with friends to earn more points.
3. 3Check Points history to track earning and redeeming.
4. 4Preferred slot fully booked? Join the waitlist to be notified when one opens up.

1. 1After a visit, leave a review and tip your stylist if you'd like.
2. 2Rebook your usual services in a couple of taps from history or favorites.
3. 3In Profile: edit your personal info, manage payment methods, and view payment history.
4. 4Change your password, manage notifications, and read the privacy policy & terms in Settings.
