At BookMe.Beauty, we build a respectful, professional, and safe community for both Customers and Professionals. Using the Platform means you agree to follow these Guidelines.

Core principles: mutual respect, professionalism, transparency, safety.

Customers may: post honest reviews after completed services; share experiences politely.

Customers may not:

• Post fake, retaliatory, or non-experience-based reviews.

• Cancel late or no-show without notice.

• Insult, threaten, or harass Professionals.

• Request services outside the agreed scope.

Prohibited platform-wide:

• Sexual, violent, or discriminatory content (race, religion, gender).

• Others' personal information without consent.

• Advertising, spam, or off-platform links.

• Copyright-infringing content.

• Content related to illegal activity.

• Inappropriate photos uploaded to the AI Hairstyle Preview.

Chat & Video Call rules: use only for beauty service discussion; no sexual content, harassment, or requests to meet privately off-app; conversations may be reviewed if a complaint is filed.

Reviews: must be based on real experience; buying/selling reviews or using fake accounts is prohibited; BookMe.Beauty may remove violating reviews without notice.

Enforcement: reporting system + manual moderation. Violations may result in warning, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or reporting to authorities. Report via the in-app Report button or support@bookme.beauty.
